Wonders of Makeup

Posted by Chris at 15:35

Here's an interesting collection of pictures of women before and after
makeup. It's really amazing how different women can look after putting
on some makeup, or in this case a lot.

New Speakers

Posted by Chris at 17:09

Another new toy appeared in the flat during the past week. I finally found some speakers (Sony HT-SS1000) that are small enough to hide and sound impressive. The sub isn't mains powered but it does sound very punchy.

My new speakers. After speaking to the Sony shop in Sutton we managed to get two optical cables thrown in to the deal. Now means the Playstation and Sky + are both linked into the amp for the speakers. The sound is very impressive coming from the Playstation. I've just spent the past few hours wasting time on it. Sky + has really crisp punchy sound now. Just one moan though, why can't TV channels all come to the same sound level when it comes to sodding adverts? Adverts always seem to be louder than the TV show. So it either wakes you up when you have falled asleep or pisses you off when you are watching the program....

Hits from abroad :D

Posted by Chris at 11:36

I have no idea what people have been searching for but people have been reading my blog from abroad. So far I've had hits from Netherlands, Canada and Russia.

Google Analytics is now installed on the website so I can see what brought them here out of boredom. Nothing else much going on at the moment. Only a few weeks left till New York. Really looking forward to it.

9/11 US Cover up?

Posted by Chris at 11:39

So the 9/11 was a tragedy. It was something that happened that allot of people lost loved ones in. It is something that you would not wish on anybody. But after watching TV shows on the subject and reading a few books it seems that there is allot of evidence that links it all to the US government.

The most recent book that I read on the subject was of Flight 93. It listed all views and sides of how it happened. Like how could the passengers make mobile phone calls using standard every day mobile phones from so high up? The in flight phones that you see so much of in planes now had not been installed in Flight 93. So why do they appear in movie accounts? The crash site, surly there would be a bigger hole in the ground from a passenger plane crashing into it?

But the biggest one for me is that the Twin Towers had a controlled demolition. Wikipedia lists it here. I for one believe this to be true. I also think that JFK was killed by his own people...

I think that Bush arranged for this to happen so that he could justify invading Iraq. It is something that seems to have been bugging him since his Father was in office. Within a matter of days they had said they where going to invade Iraq. No real questions. Just a war on terror that began with al Qaeda

Gascoigne Pees

Posted by Chris in Gascoigne Pees at 21:52

Wahooooo I finally got my cheque from Gascoigne Pees. It's only taken them a month and a half for them to get it to me.

It does now mean that we can book our holiday to New York for the Easter holiday now.

More to come tomorrow
